Welcome to Camms.Project

Camms.Project is a web-based application that lets your organisation assess a project from start to finish, with the capacity to determine the feasibility of potential projects. It is a software tool that takes your organisation through all stages of project management including proposal, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Camms.Project provides the following functionalities:

  • Ability to evaluate projects including qualitative and quantitative assessments of project management and project successes

  • Portfolio project management

  • Integration with strategic and business planning processes

How do I log into Camms.Project?

Camms.Project can be accessed via your web browser (Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome version 54 upwards).

To access Camms.Project:

  • STEP 1: Open your web browser and type the URL* link into the address bar and press the ENTER key.

    * Note: Your organisation details are supplied by your Administrator as this differs from organisation to organisation.

  • STEP 2: If you are accessing the application for the first time, you need to type in the organisation ID, Username and Password in the login window shown above. The login information are supplied by your System Administrator.
Note: When specifying a password, do not use the following characters, as this may cause potential harm to the functionality of the system:
  • < – lesser than character
  • > greater than character, if a lesser than sign is not used prior to it
  • & ampersand character
  • "" double quotes
  • +,-,% characters found in program code
  • <script> tags (or any tags)
  • space, tab space, and new line characters (\n)
  • non-ASCII characters


Tip: Tick the ‘Remember Me’ checkbox to record the 'Organisation' and 'Username' on the laptop/desktop used to access the system. At the next login, only the 'Password' needs to be entered if this checkbox is ticked. 


Note: Whenever a session expires, timed out users are redirected back to the Login page.
  • STEP 3: Click on the 'Login' button to log into the web-application.


Single Sign On Capability

Camms has the ability to setup Single Sign On (SSO) for your cloud environment. This means that your staff will only have to log in once through their laptop/desktop and access Camms.Project through a specific link, which directly opens up the home page without having to log in for the second time.

Self Hosted Capability

If you are Self Hosted, you can setup authentication to either be Windows (SSO) or Forms (Login page). Additionally, your login links will be specific to your server that you are hosting the solution.

Note: Users who log in to Camms products via Internet Explorer will now be notified with a message as a warning that their experience would not be optimal, and will encourage them to switch to one of the recommended browsers: Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

What if I forget my password?

  • STEP 1: If you forget your password, you can click on the ‘Forgot your password’ link below the Login button. You will then be re-directed to the password reset page. Reset the password using the Organisation name and select the option to enter the 'Email' or 'Username' below it.
  • STEP 2: Click on the ‘Submit’ button to save the information entered. Upon submitting, you will be directed to a successful screen as below.
  • STEP 3: An email will be sent with a link, which will consist of instructions on how to reset your password. The link will let you reset your password. Click the 'Reset Password' button in the email, to be directed to the Reset Password screen.
  • STEP 4: Enter a new password consisting a minimum of six (6) characters, re-enter the same password in the next textbox, and click the 'Reset' button.
  • STEP 5: If the password resetting process was successful, you will be directed to a successful screen as below. You can access the Login page by clicking the link in that screen. You will now be able to log in to Camms.Project using your new password.
