Click on the 'History' tab of the Project Hub to access the history of the selected project.  In the History tab you will be able to view the ‘Project Sign off History’ and ‘Project Comment History’ of the selected project as separate tabs.

Project Sign Off History

Previous sign off details are displayed in a grid as shown in the image below.

You can drag and drop a column header to drag a column area to sort the sign offs as per the particular column.

For example, if you want to sort the sign offs according to status, drag and drop the Status column to the drop column area and the sign offs belonging to a particular status will be grouped together.

You can drag out of the bar to ungroup.

A keyword search can also be performed for each column. For example, if you want to view all sign offs belonging to the Start Up project phase, type the name ‘Start Up’ in the textbox below the Project Phase column heading and press Enter.

Project Comments History

Navigate to the ‘Comment’ section to view all comments regarding the selected project. Date/Time, and the name of the person who modified the comment, are displayed along with the comment.
