Corporate Plan Report

The Corporate Plan report will display action details for the entire organisation. To access this report,

  • STEP 1: Go to Reports> Corporate Business Planning > Corporate Business Reporting and select the 'Corporate Plan report'.
  • STEP 2: Select the relevant criteria and click the 'Preview' button.

The filters available to sort the details are:

Division Report

The report will be generated for a selected financial year and Division. It contains the Division’s mission, and its related Business Units, Service Profiles, relevant Action Plans, and Business Unit KPIs. 

  • STEP 1: To access this report, go to Reports > Corporate Business Planning > Corporate Business Reporting and select the 'Division Report'.
  • STEP 2: Select the relevant criteria and click the 'Preview' button.

The filters available to sort the details are:

Business Plan Report

The business plan report will show you details specific to your Business Plan. The sections can be switched on and off within the filters page.

Council Plan

The Council Plan report is a standard report which links to the standard action tick box called 'Council Plan'.

Note: Within your organisation, you may have re-labeled this tick box to something else and which in this case the report will be named something specific to your organisation. The title of the report will be based on what you have called the tick box.

The report will filter out all actions that have the 'Council Plan' tick box ticked by Reporting year. It will be grouped by your strategic plan - Goal, Outcome and Strategy.

Progress Reporting

Action and Task Progress Report

This Report shows all Actions in the system for the selected reporting period. It groups the Actions by the selected hierarchy and then sorts the actions in ascending order of the action number. Tasks are displayed in ascending order of task start date.

  • STEP 1: To access this report, go to Reports > Corporate Business Planning > Progress Reporting and select the 'Action and Task Progress Report'.
  • STEP 2: Select the relevant criteria and click the 'Preview' button.

Action Progress by Business Unit and Responsible Officer

For a selected Financial Year, Business Unit and Responsible Officer, this report shows all the Actions for that staff member including status, percentage complete, and any comments on progress and completion date.

Council Plan Progress Report

This is a report designed to show the progress on all actions linked to the Council Plan tick box. It includes progress for all Actions sorted by Goal, Outcome, and Strategy and also includes information on risk, status, percentage complete, progress comments, responsible officer and completion date.

Premium Action and Task Progress Report

The Premium Action and Task Progress Report is designed with extensive filtering options to create customised work plans showing overview information on action performance followed by more detailed action/task information.

This report is an advanced version of the standard action and task progress report provided with the regular installation of your system.

Note: if you have Monthly targets instead of Quarterly, then it will have a monthly filter instead of quarters. Please contact CAMMS if you would like to have the terminology changed.

The report is grouped by the planning hierarchy and is similar to the Annual Report. The budget information will be from 3 years from the selected financial year (inclusive of the selected financial year).

The Action Grouping Progress Report details the actions and tasks linked to the specific action grouping hierarchies that you have set up and linked. These Hierarchies are setup via the framework area.

  • STEP 2: Select the relevant criteria and click the 'Preview' button.

The Quarterly City Plan will display action progress and budget summaries for all actions within the quarter selected. The actions are grouped by Outcome and Strategy. If you have monthly targets then the quarter filter will change to a monthly filter.

This report shows the progress of actions linked to related plans. Actions are grouped by Strategies and must be linked to the filtered related plan in order for it to be displayed within the report. The report is run by quarter (or if you have monthly targets, by month).

  • STEP 1: To access this report, go to Reports > Corporate Business Planning > Progress Reporting and select the 'Specialist Plan Progress Report'.
  • STEP 2: Select the relevant criteria and click the 'Preview' button.

Actions by committees

This report displays all Actions that have been allocated to a specific committee during the planning process. Committees (Governance) are linked to Strategies, and then the actions are linked to the Strategies. This link will enable the actions to show in this report. Therefore, the actions that need to be linked to a particular Committee, the Strategy that the action/s are linked to needs to be linked to the Committee. You can do this through Planning > Strategic > Strategies area.

  • STEP 1: To access this report, go to Reports > Corporate Business Planning > Action Reporting and select the 'Action by Committee' report.
  • STEP 2: Select the relevant criteria and click the 'Preview' button.

The filters available to sort the details are:

This report shows Action details which are grouped by their corresponding Target Initiative (Actions are linked to Target Initiatives via the action’s Business Unit).

  • STEP 1: To access this report, go to Reports > Corporate Business Planning > Action Reporting and select the 'Action by Target Initiatives' report.
  • STEP 2: Select the relevant criteria and click the 'Preview' button.

No filters are used in this report.
