This section of the user guide will describe the system requirements and configurations, the user access levels and contingency modes of operation.
Device Requirement
- Internet browser version – Chrome Version 52 and above, Firefox Internet Explorer not recommended
- Screen resolutions – 1366 x 768 recommended
- Mobile Resolution – 7” and above recommended
- Other requirements – Stable Internet connection at minimum 4mb/sec bandwidth

Contingencies
In case of a power outage, data are not saved into the database. Loss of internet connection doesn’t result in loss of data although the user cannot save. The user will be notified when the connection is restored and the data can be saved.
