The Objectives Assessment object is used to assess the objectives of the project, which are identified from the Business Case object and the budget utilised during the implementation.

Project Objectives Tab

Each objective is assessed on a scale from 1 to 5 and comments can be added for justification of the rating. An overall score is then calculated for the accomplishment of the project objective.

Project Budget Tab

This section displays a summary of the project budget along with icons indicating the performance.

Exporting information in the Objective Assessment object

• You can export information available in Objective Assessment object directly to PDF, Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel files by clicking on the Export icon on the top toolbar.
• Upon clicking the ‘Export’ icon, you will see a preview of information within the respective object on a new browser tab(shown below).
• Click on ‘Export dropdown menu’ icon and select the preferred export format from the menu to download the file in the selected format.
