Within the Activity tab, you can view project activities around:

  • Project Date Change

  • Board and Team Member Change

  • Project Status Change

  • Project Sign Off Change

  • Project Comment Change

  • Project Risk Change

  • Risk Action Change

  • Risk Control Change

  • Project Scope Change

  • Project Issue Change

  • Project Issue Action Change

  • Project Issue Decision Change

  • Document Change

  • Create new change requests

Clicking the ‘Activity’ tab in the hub menu will load all the project activities. Project activities are ordered from the latest to the earliest.

The Date Range filter at the top is generated for the project timeframe (from project start date to end date).

By default, the duration ‘Project Start Date to the Current Date’ is selected in the Range filter. 

  • If you want to view project activities for a specific period of the project timeframe, then you can select that period from the date range slider. However, this feature is currently available only or new projects. For on-going and closed projects, information will be displayed from the next project update onwards.
  • Upon selecting the period, the project activities recorded within the selected period will be loaded in the Hub and the activities will be ordered from the latest to the earliest.
  • Staff images of staff members ‘who have made changes’ to the above items are displayed at the top left hand side.
  • From left to right, images will be ordered based on the latest update made by staff member. (I.e. The staff image of the staff member who made the latest update will come to the left).


You can view the next image by clicking the arrow next to the right-most image.

In order to view project activities in the Hub, you should have View permission for the respective area in the project workflow. For example, to view an activity related to ‘project status change’, you should have view permission for the ‘Details’ object.
