This page allows the Administrator to change the tab order and display name of assessment elements. This will affect the tab order of every assessment.


To change the order and display names of the assessment elements, follow the steps below:

STEP 1: Go to Administration > Management > Change Tab Order.



STEP 2: Use 'Move Up' and 'Move Down' options to change the order of the elements. 


STEP 3: Click the 'Edit' button to change the display name. Once the display name is entered, click 'Update' to save the new display name or click 'Cancel' to leave the edit menu without saving.



STEP 4: Click 'Save' to save the changes in the system.


Notes


  • Changes done here are reflected throughout all assessments in the system. 
  • An assessment is meant to start with the Overview tab and thus it cannot be moved up or down in the Change Tab Order screen.
  • Similarly the Reports and Sign Off tabs must be displayed at the end of an assessment and cannot be moved up or down in the Change Tab Order screen.
  • The ‘Notes’ tab is only visible to the Reporting Officer within the Self Assessment and Assessment phases. It is not meant to be viewed by the employee being assessed.
  • The 'Job Satisfaction' tab is not visible during set-up. It is meant to be filled out by the assessee when completing the self-assessment phase.
