Camms is pleased to announce the November Feature Release for Camms.Meeting.

This was released on 14th November 2020 and includes the following new features and enhancements to improve your user experience within the system. 

1. Improved agenda group and agenda item re-ordering functionality

Now you can efficiently reorder agenda groups and agenda items in the ‘Agenda Creation’ phase, ‘Meeting Preparation’ phase, and the ‘Join Meeting’ phase. Agenda items can be easily relocated within the same agenda group or moved to another agenda group within the agenda. 

To move an agenda group or agenda item: 

1. Click and drag the group or item and drop it in the desired location within the agenda. 
2. When you click and drag an agenda group all items within that agenda group will also be moved and relocated together with the agenda group. 
3. The changes in the agenda structure will be appropriately reflected in the generated Agenda and Minutes reports.

Note: The agenda report will reflect the agenda structure finalised in the 'Meeting Preparation phase. Any additional changes to the agenda structure applied during the ‘Join Meeting’ phase, will be reflected in the Minutes report.
