1. Dedicated comment fields in the Assessment Sign-off tab

This enhancement will let a Reporting Officer and Assessee enter their sign-off comment(s) using separate text fields within the sign-off tab of an assessment.

How will this work?

  • Once your assessment is in the ‘Complete’ phase, ready to be signed-off by the Reporting Officer and Assessee, the sign-off tab will be activated for the assessment. With this modification, you will be able to add your sign-off comments as the reporting officer and assessee, using the dedicated sign-off comment fields.

  • If you are logged in to Camms.Talent as the Reporting Officer, you will be able to add or make revisions to the Reporting Officer sign-off comments only.

  • Likewise, if you are logged in to Camms.Talent as the Assessee, you will be able to add or make revisions to the Assessee sign-off comments only.

Notes:

  • Sign-off comments tab will be available for you, only if your organisation has activated the sign-off phase upon initial configuration.
  • If the Assessee and Reporting Officer fails to update the comments or sign-off the assessment, the Administrator can now add/edit/delete the comments on behalf of them.


2. Introducing dedicated comment fields in the Performance Assessment Report

This Performance Assessment Report is now enhanced to depict the dedicated comment fields for both Reporting Officer and Assessee in the Assessment Sign-off tab within the Camms.Talent module. 

  • With this enhancement, the 'Final Recommendation' section within the Performance Assessment report has been updated to indicate two separate columns to depict the dedicated opinions of the Assessee and Reporting officer.
