1. Filtering out Responsible Officers based on the Confidential option

This enhancement introduces an option for an administrator user to filter Responsible Officers of Incident Records based on the 'Confidential' option.

How do you configure this?

  • The Responsible Officer will be able to be filtered out based on the configurations done under the Miscellaneous Settings area in the Camms.Risk Incident web application (accessed via Menu > Incident Settings > Miscellaneous Settings > Default Incident Responsible Authority for Confidential Incidents [select to apply this setting to a user role and/or staff member]).

How does this work?

  • Once the 'Confidential' checkbox is configured, you will only be able to see specific staff members in the Responsible Officer dropdown.

2. Uploading documents in Offline Mode

This enhancement will let you upload documents to Incidents, while you use the application even in Offline Mode (when mobile data is switched off). This will give you the freedom of uploading documents regardless of having an internet connection.

Note: Documents will be uploaded as a reference point in such a situation, and once an internet connection has been established, the documents will be moved to the respective database.

3. Logging out Inactive Users

With this new update, an administrator user will have the option to deactivate a Camms Incident Mobile App user's account details via the Camms.Risk Incident Web Application, for reasons such as a staff member leaving the organisation, inactivity for a long period of time, or security concerns.

Note: Once a user account has been deactivated, the user will not be able to log back into the application using of the same login credentials.
