The following new datasets will be introduced to view Compliance records (Obligations, Authority Documents, Policies) linked to the different levels of the Flexible Organisation Hierarchy:
Note: This feature is currently applicable only to customers who have enabled the new Flexible Hierarchy permission structure, which is currently in beta. |
1. Compliance_ComplianceFlexOrgHierarchyLink_STND
This dataset is introduced to let you view Compliance records linked to the different levels of the Flexible Organisation Hierarchy. It will obtain Compliance records in the Camms.Risk Compliance product that are linked directly to a particular hierarchy node.
Fields included in the dataset:

| COMPLIANCEID | Text | A unique identifier for each Compliance record that can be used to link other datasets. |
| Hierarchy Level | Text | Captures the level of the Hierarchy the Compliance record is linked to (e.g. Business Unit). |
| Hierarchy Name | Text | Captures the name of the Hierarchy the Compliance record is linked to (e.g. Organisation Hierarchy). |
