1. Improvement to the Add New option

This feature will let you view the Compliance Types within their configured Compliance Register Groups and create Compliance records of a given Compliance Type from the left menu (+) New icon.

How do you configure this?

  • A Compliance Type should be created or should be available with the ‘Visible in Add New’ option ticked under 'Menu > Compliance Settings > Obligation Type'.
  • An Active Compliance Register should be created or should be available under 'Menu > Compliance Settings > Register Configuration'.
  • A Register Group/Groups should be created or should be available under 'Menu > Compliance Settings > Register Grouping Configuration'.

Note: Similarly, this can be configured in all 3 Compliance, Authority Document and Policy modules.

How does this work?

  • When you click ‘Add New’ in the left menu in the Compliance or Incident product, the name of the Compliance Types linked to a Register under the Register Configuration area (accessed via Menu > Framework > Compliance Settings > Register Configuration > Register Type: Compliance Register > [Entity Name] > Compliance Types), will appear under the relevant Register Group.

The Obligation Type field is now updated to hold more characters, up to a limit of 100 characters.

How does this work?

  • When creating a new Obligation Type or when editing an existing Compliance Type, the name of the Obligation Type can be spe up to 100 characters.
