Dear Valued Customer, 

 

On Monday 3rd March, 2025, we will be migrating from the legacy Camms customer support ticketing system to the Riskonnect ticketing system. 

 

What is Staying the Same 

You will continue to work with our talented technical support experts, and you will continue to have access to a self-service portal, 24x7x365. 

 

What is Changing 

The Camms Support Portal (Freshdesk) system will change to the following: 

  • Riskonnect Success Portal System (Salesforce)
  • Starting 3rd March 2025, all tickets for Camms Support should be entered in the Riskonnect Success Portal. Further details including access information will be provided.
  • We have simplified the case entry process, to reduce the time it takes for you to log a request.
  • To ensure we can more efficiently address incoming cases, 'Email-to-case' functionality will be retired, so any new support requests should be directly logged in the Riskonnect Success Portal
    • The following email addresses will no longer be available:
      • Support@cammsgroup.com
      • SupportAdmin@cammsgroup.com
      • Camms.CollegeSupport@cammsgroup.com
  • Access to self-service reporting on cases logged.

 

Timeline 

If you have an open ticket with Camms today or your Customer Success Manager has designated you as am RSP user you will receive the following:  

  • On the morning of Monday, 3rd March, Eastern time zone, you will receive a Welcome email from our riskonnect.com address. This will include login instructions.
    • If your company has implemented email whitelisting based on the domain name, you will want to request that your IT department whitelists the riskonnect.com address.
  • Once logged into the RSP, you can view your new ticket number and respond directly to the new ticket via the portal as you were able to in the old Camms ticketing system.
  • The existing tickets (from 1st January 2024) from Freshdesk will be migrated to the RSP.
