• When you log into to Camms.Engage as an Administrator, the new '?' support icon would be visible for you within the admin panel of the Dashboards.


Note: If you are logged in as a General User this icon and its functionalities would not be visible for you.


  • Clicking the "?" new support icon will display a list of all the support tasks available for you.
    • All Camms.Engage product related details and versions would be shown to you if you click on the 'About Us' page.
    • Clicking on the support icon will redirect you to the Homepage of Camms Support Portal where you are offered with a variety of support services.
    • If you need to navigate to the 'User Guide' you could simply click on the 'User Guide' option which will redirect you to the Camms.Engage User Guide Portal Homepage.
