  • To enable this feature, you must first tick on the ‘Show Total’ option available in the Object Configuration area in the Custom Object > Custom Table tab. The option will be enabled when the admin adds a new column or edits an existing column.Figure 1.1
  • Once you have ticked both the ‘Show Total’ and ‘Visible’ options, only you will be able to view the sum of the values entered for a particular column.
  • Further, you can configure any name for the title of this row. By default, the title will be displayed as ‘Total’.

Note: The option selected will only be saved when you click the 'Save' button at the top toolbar.

3. Set the default view of the Project Register to ‘Show All Projects’

With this update, the Project Register will have the ‘Show All Projects/Show My Projects’ slider bar defaulted to the ‘Show All Projects’ option, as opposed to the ‘Show My Projects’ option. Hence, all projects will be shown in the register by default.

You can select the ‘Show My Projects’ option to view the projects you are part of a board and team.

Note: The 'Show All Projects/Show My Projects' slider bar will not available if you do not have the access to projects which you are not a part of, in which case you will see only your projects in the Project Register.
