Thank you for participating in our Feature Review Program. Due to the significance of this release your feedback is invaluable to help us provide you with a best-in-class Camms.Risk Solution that meets your requirements, and supports you to efficiently manage our GRC responsibilities. 


In order to send across your feedback, you simply need to visit our support portal and submit a ticket as per the usual process, with the addition of a few specific requirements. Below are a some areas you need to ensure are selected correctly in order to successfully submit your feedback on the Feature Review Programme.    

Please Note: When entering details into the areas highlighted below, please ensure you select the option specified in the instructions.

Visit the Camms Support Portal and click on "Submit a Ticket"



You will be directed to the ticket submission form where you can enter the relevant details of your feedback or query. 

When entering Customer Type, please select UAT from the drop down. 
Select Beta Review in the Ticket Type field.


Select Camms.Risk as your Software Product


And finally when entering the Environment, select Test from the drop down.  



Once all the fields in the form are completed, please click on submit to send us your feedback. 

You can provide feedback on your experience with the 1st set of features reviewed, by simply submitting a ticket through the Camms Support Portal and entering the relevant details.
