Camms.Connect is excited to announce Version 3 of our Risk Connector which has been introduced to support all the new features released with the newly evolved Camms.Risk.
The upgraded version of our Risk Connector will give you seamless integration with third-party solutions. We have also improved the overall functionality of the APIs, making it easier for developers to build upon and customise our platform.
The outbound communications of the new version have also been improved in this release. We are confident that our new Risk Connector version will help you seamlessly integrate with your third-party solutions and reporting tools.

Highlights
- This release will include the outbound APIs that are compatible with the newly evolved Camms.Risk version and its features.
- Risk Connector Version 2 outbound APIs will continue to work on the newly evolved Camms.Risk version, but the inbound APIs will no longer be supported.
- If you are an existing v1/v2 user:- With the new Risk upgrade, the application comes with many enhancements and improved performances. To achieve this, there is a lot going on the application back-end. Here are a couple of key highlights of the plans that we have taken for our existing v1/v2 API connectors.
- We have changed the schema of the outbound APIs available in the Risk Connector v1/v2 to support the newly evolved Camms.Risk schema, and the existing API functionality will remain the same.
- The existing v1/v2 connectors will not support any new features that have been released with the newly evolved Camms.Risk.
- The inbound APIs available in Risk v1/v2 connectors will be discontinued following this release and a set of standard inbound APIs will be introduced to the Risk Connector Version 3 in the near future.
- If you are an existing Power BI user who has used Risk V1/V2 APIs, your reports will process data without any failure. If there is anything new you need to add to the reports, we recommend you upgrade to our new Risk Connector version 3.
- Any new APIs or features will not be introduced to the Risk Connector v1 and v2 in the future. We highly recommend you upgrade your existing APIs to the new Risk Connector version 3.

As for the initial v3 release, we are delighted to introduce our standard outbound APIs, which will cover all the new features added to the new Camms.Risk evolved version release.
