The CEO Dashboard is a dynamic Dashboard created in Camms.Engage that update in real-time, ensuring that it always reflects the latest data changes from our core products. It employs a custom hierarchy, known as the "CEO Dashboard" hierarchy, specifically curated for top-management reporting. This hierarchy encompasses nodes such as Global Performance, Key Priorities, and Key Risks, aggregating data from both Camms.Strategy and Camms.Risk applications.
Global Performance Page
Within this page, you'll find a comprehensive display of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) linked to the “Global Performance” node of the hierarchy. These KPIs are presented using the KPI Node Component, showcasing Target, Actual, Benchmark, Trend, and Performance metrics for each KPI. Real-time updates ensure that you're viewing data from the last closed period.
Clicking on a specific KPI will lead you to the KPI Detail view, where you can access the KPI Detail Component and the KPI Graph Detail Component. The KPI Detail Component provides an in-depth look at the KPI, including Progress comments and the Responsible officer.
Meanwhile, the KPI Graph Detail Component offers a graphical representation of Target and Actual values over a specified time frame, with Target values displayed in a Bar chart and Actual values in a Line chart.
Key Priorities Page
This page focuses on displaying Actions linked to the "Key Priorities" node within the hierarchy. Actions are presented using the Action Node component, which provides essential information such as Percentage completed, Target, Status, and Performance metrics for each Action.
Clicking on an Action redirects you to the Action Detail component, offering comprehensive details including Comments, Reporting Officer, Start Date, and End Date.
Key Risks Page
The Key Risks page highlights Risks associated with the "Key Risks" hierarchy node. Risks are presented using the Risk Node component, displaying Risk Rating values, Initial Risk Ratings, and Future Risk Ratings.
Clicking on a Risk leads you to the Risk Detail view, where you can access the Risk Detail Component and the Risk Control List Component.
In the Risk Detail Component, you can review details such as Management Comments, Risk Owner, and Revised Risk Appetite.
Within the Risk Control List Component, you'll find a list of Controls linked to the selected Risk, along with details such as Control Owner, Control Rating, and Control Authorizer Rating.
Clicking on a specific Control in the list will redirect you to the Control Detail view, providing insights including Authorizer Comments.
