The Strategic Planning Dashboard is the central hub that brings the Planning Hierarchy nodes such as “Sustainable Business Leadership”, “$100M Organic Growth Facilitation”, “Major Growth via New Initiatives”, “Empowered Workforce, and Delivering Excellence” together, providing a holistic view of the organization's strategic initiatives and objectives.

Strategy Dashboard Page
The Strategy Dashboard is a distinct page within the dashboard, configured with the "Power-Bi Report" component. This component empowers users to configure Power-Bi dashboards from different Power-Bi workspaces. The dashboard prominently displays an "Out-of-the-box Strategy Dashboard" provided by Camms, offering a visual representation of strategic insights.
This dashboard's right side features a navigation menu that allows seamless access to each node within the Planning Hierarchy.
Sustainable Business Leader Page
One of the central pages within this dashboard is dedicated to the goal of becoming a "Sustainable Business Leader". Here, users will find a comprehensive summary of all Actions and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the outcome of "Achieving net-zero carbon emissions in our global operations annually" and the outcome of "Excellence in customer feedback and satisfaction” in an interactive Pie-Chart view.
This information is presented through the "Hierarchy Summary" component, which allows users to drill down into specific Actions and KPIs by clicking on the titles.
Actions
The "Actions" section provides an overview of all Actions associated with the goal of being a "Sustainable Business Leader." It consolidates parent-level and child-level actions, creating a more summarized view of the organization's sustainability efforts.
Here, the "Action Node" component is employed, and its layout is configured as a "Carousel."
When click on the title of a particular Action, it will direct you to the detailed view of the particular Action which provides in-depth information, including key details such as responsible officers and timelines.
KPIs
Within the "KPIs" section, users will find a summary of all KPIs linked to the goal of Sustainable business leadership. Just like with actions, both parent-level and child-level KPIs are presented in a summarized view. The "KPI Node" component is used here, and it's displayed in a "Carousel" layout.
When clicked on a particular KPI title, the “KPI Detail” component is displayed which offers a comprehensive view of a specific KPI, providing crucial information such as the lead officer and targets.
In this detail level, you will see the “KPI Graph Detail” tab which will redirect you to the “KPI Graph Detail” component upon clicking. This feature displays the KPI target in a bar chart format and, KPI actuals presented in a line chart, allowing users to see how the organization's performance aligns with its goals offering insights into trends over a one-year period.
