In this release we've got exciting enhancements to improve your user experience within the system, which will be available in your Live environment on Monday, 13th November 2023.

1. Inclusion of Camms.Strategy Responsibilities to the New Quick Update |
This enhancement will allow users to update the Camms.Strategy related responsibilities via the new quick update which can be accessed via Camms.Risk and Camms.Project.

How do you configure this?
- The users will see the Camms.Strategy related responsibilities which are Actions, Tasks, Scorecards, Strategies, and Hierarchy nodes within the My Settings section (My Settings > Quick Update Settings).
- Users can configure the visibility of each of these responsibilities by checking the tick box next to the responsibility under the "visible" column.
- Users can set one of these responsibilities as the default widget in My Quick Update by selecting the radio button against the responsibilities under the "Set as Default" coloumn.

Note: Any responsibilities that are visible in Camms.Strategy will be automatically ticked for visibility and made available in the new Quick Update. |
How does this work?
- With this enhancement, the new Quick Update feature will provide an all-encompassing view with Camms.Strategy related responsibilities, offering dedicated widgets for each, such as Actions, Tasks, Scorecards, Strategies, and Hierarchy nodes. This consolidation will enable users to manage all their responsibilities across the Camms product suite effortlessly via the new Quick Update in Camms.Risk and Camms.Project.

Note: If there are no responsibilities assigned from a given responsibility type to the logged-in user, the respective widget will not be displayed. however, if the filter is used to filter details, and if there are no results based on the filter criteria, the widget count will display a 0 value. |
2. Streamlined Custom Hierarchy Node Management with Consolidated Widget in My Quick Update |
This enhancement will merge the hierarchy node widgets in the quick update section into a single, unified "Hierarchy Nodes" widget. This enhancement simplifies the management of custom hierarchy nodes, offering users a more efficient and user-friendly experience.
How does this work?
- Previously, when users owned multiple hierarchy nodes across different hierarchies, they would encounter dedicated widgets for each custom hierarchy, which would become overwhelming. With this enhancement, a consolidated widget will be introduced as "Hierarchy Nodes" to alleviate this issue.
- The new " Hierarchy Nodes" widget now displays all the hierarchy nodes owned by a user, regardless of the hierachy they belong to. This consolidation reduces clutter and provides a central location for monitoring and updating custom hierarchy nodes.
- Within the "Hierarchy Nodes" widget, all the hierarchy nodes are conveniently grouped by the name of the hierarchy to which they belong. This organised structure makes it easier for users to navigate and manage their custom hierarchy nodes effectively.
- Users can now view the total count of their hierarchy nodes from multiple hierarchies directly within the "Hierarchy Nodes" widget. This feature provides a quick and clear overview of their overall node ownership.
