We have now introduced a 'Select from Control Library' option for organisations with a flexible hierarchy to have the option to simply create linkages of controls via a risk. Now, they can choose whether to 'Add' and 'Select from Control Library' both, or just provide the option to 'Add' controls, or even only provide the option to 'Select from Control Library' and create linkages but not add new controls subsequently.
