    • Report Section – The multi-select drop-down filter offers users the flexibility to tailor their Audit Summary Report to their specific needs. Users can easily enable or disable report sections according to their preferences, ensuring that the final extract contains only the necessary information. For instance, selecting the "Overview Section" will include details such as Audits by Status, Audits by Review Status, Audits by Business Unit, and Audits by Category. Similarly, opting for "Top 10 Risks by Risk Rating" will incorporate both the chart and details related to the top risks. By default, the Audit Report details will be marked tick.
